This 22-year-old female with severe congenital asymmetry of her breasts and areolas (A cup on the right and C cup on the left) desired improved breast symmetry with an increase in size on the right and a lift on the left. She underwent a minimal incision breast lift on the left using the Laser Bra. This resulted in a lollipop-shaped incision rather than the traditional anchor-shaped scar. On the right side she underwent breast augmentation with a 300 cc smooth, round, high profile saline implant. The implant was placed under the muscle through a periareolar incision.
